Elif focuses on corporate and commercial transactions, as well as corporate governance issues and commercial contracts. She works in project teams during significant corporate transactions like mergers and acquisitions, supporting due diligence and agreement drafting phases. She assists clients to arrange corporate documents, as well as support to prepare, negotiate, and revise a range of commercial agreements. Elif helps foreign clients with local company incorporations and the legal aspects of business models and investment agreements.
Elif assists to structure corporate documents for company incorporations, as well as helps to prepare a range of day-to-day corporate governance documents. For instance, the general assembly or board of directors’ resolutions.
Elif assists in preparing and revising commercial agreements, including a full range of day-to-day contracts. She researches and drafts memoranda for clients, supporting them to understand and navigate Turkish corporate and regulatory compliance issues, obligations, or restrictions.
Elif supports a broad range of domestic and international companies, most notably in the energy, information technologies, retail and consumer, as well as real estate and construction, industrial manufacturing, and automotive.
