İbrahim Enes Altan is experienced in corporate/commercial litigation and arbitration, especially focuses on disputes arising out of shareholders’ agreements, mergers and acquisitions, sales, and project agreements.
Enes represented local and foreign companies before the national and international arbitration institutions and acted as counsel for the parties in ad hoc arbitration proceedings. He plays a crucial role while representing his clients before state courts and provides service for debt recovery arising from non-performing loans and other secured debts.
Bearing his experience in commercial disputes in mind, Enes also takes active roles in pre-litigation processes including but not limited to legal due diligence and contract negotiations.
Enes’ dissertation on limited liability companies has been published in a peer reviewed legal magazine, issued by the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce in 2020.
