Prof. Erdoğan Moroğlu served as a board member in many banks and groups of companies as chief legal counsel between 1975 and 2001. He was the chief legal consultant of the Turkish Capital Market Board from 1995 to 1997.

A professor of Commercial and Banking Law at Istanbul University School of Law, he published numerous essays and monographs in the fields of commercial law, corporate law, banking law, and civil procedure law. He is regarded as one of the foremost contributors to the practice of corporate, commercial, and financial law in Türkiye.

From the foundation of Moroğlu Arseven in 2000 until his passing in 2020, he provided consultancy to our office. His works and legacy continue to inspire and guide all of us. We remember him with the deepest respect.
