Sercan Çoban assists clients with trademark, patent and industrial design prosecutions before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. He handles application procedures, monitors the process and prevents loss of right. In order to protect and maintain clients’ intellectual property abroad, he stays in touch with the clients all the time, ensuring their operations run smoothly. He has the responsibility to conduct trademark availability searches and provide risk analysis. He also detects applications similar to trademarks of clients and files oppositions against the detected filings.
