Moroğlu Arseven and Germany’s Graf von Westphalen hosted workshops during March and April 2010 in Cologne and Istanbul regarding German and Turkish cross-border distribution issues. These workshops were hosted with the generous support of the Turkish-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce in each country.
These workshops covered information on the central aspects of distribution law and overviews of legal aspects of doing business in each country.
Benan Arseven and Dr. Ulrich Schroeder, Partners at Moroğlu Arseven and Graf von Westphalen respectively, gave a presentation on setting up a Distribution Company in Germany and Turkey, with a particular focus on the liability of managers.
Dr. E. Seyfi Moroğlu and Dr. Frank Jungfleisch, Partners at Moroğlu Arseven and Graf von Westphalen respectively, gave a presentation on arbitration and dispute resolution in international contracts.
