As per the Additional Decree to the Decree on Import Regime (“Decree”) implemented with the Presidential Decree numbered 2424 and dated 17 April 2020, Turkey has introduced additional customs duty on the import of the goods whose customs tariff codes are specified
- in the tables attached to the Decree and
- in the list numbered II attached to the Decree on Import Regime implemented with the Decree of the Council of Ministers
dated 20 December 1995 and numbered 95/7606.
The table in annex-1 of the Decree shows the additional customs duty to be applied from 1 October 2020 and the table in Annex-2 of the Decree reflects those to be applied from 18 April 2020 to 30 September 2020 (including this date).
