The 2019 rankings see Moroğlu Arseven continue to be ranked in Band 1 for Intellectual Property. Moroğlu Arseven has been promoted to Band 2 for Telecommunications, Media, and Technology, while maintaining its ranking in Band 2 for Employment and Band 3 for Corporate and M&A, as well as Dispute Resolution matters.
Awards for Five Key Practice Areas
In 2019, Moroğlu Arseven continues to be ranked in Band 1 for Intellectual Property, with Chambers and Partners noting the “Highly esteemed team advising international clients on trade mark prosecution and domain name issues.” The researchers particularly noted the firm’s “varied and expanding client roster” for Intellectual Property. Clients highlighted the team as “highly responsive and effective, with excellent communication.” as well as praising “the practical, clear and concise advice” provided by the firm.
The firm rises to Band 2 for Telecommunications, Media, and Technology work in 2019. Işık Özdoğan, LL.M., leading Moroğlu Arseven’s Intellectual Property practice, continues to receive top recognition and be personally ranked in Band 1 for Intellectual Property in Turkey. She is recognized in the Chambers and Partners’ European awards for the seventh year in a row. Clients appreciate her “clear, commercial and pragmatic advice.”
Dr. E. Seyfi Moroğlu, LL.M., raises to Band 3 for Corporate and M&A matters in Turkey, recognized in the European Awards for the fifth year in a row. Clients noted that Seyfi is described by clients as a “highly intellectual individual who is tough but fair when it comes to negotiations.” Interviewees also praise him as “very talented and hard-working.”
