Işık leads the intellectual property team at Moroğlu Arseven. She has wide experience in every aspect of IP advice, including counseling, enforcement and litigation matters. Işık advises and represents local, foreign and multi-national clients about trademarks, industrial designs, patents, copyrights, domain names, and seizures of counterfeit goods, among others.
Işık is well-known in the IP community, both in Turkey and abroad. Her work ethic, close communication with clients, and experience with innovative cases distinguish her from other IP professionals.

Işık serves on INTA’s non-traditional trademarks committee, ECTA’s design committee, the MARQUES Famous and Well Known Trademarks team and is a member of various other professional groups. She often attends IP conferences and industry events all over the world. Işık has been a registered expert witness of the Istanbul Intellectual and Industrial Property Courts.
Işık is a regular author on IP topics such as counterfeiting and trademark issues in Turkey. She regularly contributes to the World Intellectual Property Review, as well as to other professional associations and sector publications. Prior to joining Moroğlu Arseven, Işık was a partner at a boutique IP firm.
