Moroğlu Arseven and Graf von Westphalen held a joint conference in Berlin on April 14, 2011 considering recent Turkish legal reforms that encourage investment in renewable energy.
Presenters and delegates at the conference included experts in law, finance and policy gathered to discuss the investment framework and funding opportunities in both Turkey and Germany.
Moroğlu Arseven Partner Benan Arseven gave a presentation on recent reforms in Turkish law related to renewable energy. Benan also gave a presentation in conjunction with Dr. Ulrich Schroeder, Partner at Graf von Westphalen, covering cross-border Investment with a focus on German-Turkish joint ventures.
